AML/CTF policy

This AML Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) regulates the activities of igaming.casa in relation to the fight against money laundering and its involvement in combating money laundering and terrorist financing.

Terms and Definitions

igaming.casa is a trademark of the system that provides Users with the ability to exchange digital and electronic currency.
Service – a system for providing internet services for the exchange, sale, and purchase of digital and/or electronic currencies.
User – any individual using the services of the igaming.casa service.
Digital Currency – Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, and any other currencies based on blockchain.
Electronic Currency – funds located in the accounts of users of electronic payment systems (Ya Money, etc.).
Services of the service – providing assistance in conducting P2P transactions between individuals for the purchase and sale and exchange of digital currencies, as well as other services, the information about which is posted on the Service s showcase.
Card Verification – checking the ownership of the card (or account) by its owner. The verification conditions are established by the Service and are conducted simultaneously for each new User account (card).
Money Laundering – the process of legitimizing ownership, use, or disposal of monetary funds or other property obtained through criminal activity. igaming.casa strictly adheres to the laws prohibiting us or any of our employees from knowingly engaging in or trying to engage in any activities related to money laundering. Our anti-money laundering policy aims to increase the security of clients and the services provided by the Service.
Terrorism Financing – the intentional provision or collection by any means, directly or indirectly, of funds with the intention that such funds be used or on the condition that they will be used to carry out terrorist acts.

2. Measures Taken to Comply with the AML Policy

The administration of the igaming.casa service, understanding the public danger of crimes related to money laundering and terrorist financing, has developed a set of organizational and legal measures to comply with national legislation and the requirements of the intergovernmental organization FATF.
European AML regulation is based on a number of legislative directives. Specifically, the EU issued the Sixth Directive on Anti-Money Laundering (6AMLD), which came into force on December 2, 2018.
Other legislative acts aimed at combating the legalization of proceeds from crime and terrorism financing include the following acts:

- 5th Directive on Anti-Money Laundering ((EU) 2018/843);
- Proceeds of Crime Act of 2002;
- Terrorism Acts of 2000 and 2001;
- Terrorism Act of 2008;
- Sanctions Notices from the Treasury;
- Implementation of the KYC policy (Know Your Customer). Mandatory identification of Users permitted to conduct transactions on our Service. For User verification, the Administration has the right to request the following information:
- Take a photograph ("selfie") with an identity document: a scanned copy of the front and back of an official identity document with a photograph, such as a valid passport, driver s license, or another national identity document;
- Confirm residency: an official document issued within the last 3 months, clearly indicating the name and address of the client provided during registration on the igaming.casa website. This can be a utility bill (for water, electricity, or landline) or a bank statement. The copy must include: full name, complete residential address, date of issuance (within the last 3 months), and the name of the issuing authority, including an official logo or stamp;
- Provide a copy of the front and back of a bank card and/or a photograph of your bank card taken against the background of the main page of the Service (showcase with services). To ensure confidentiality and security, only the last 4 digits of your credit card should be visible. It is allowed to hide 3 digits on the back of the card (CVV code).
The administration of the igaming.casa service will take steps to confirm the authenticity of documents and information provided by Users. Identification information will also be verified through secondary sources, and the service administration reserves the right to continue investigating cases to ensure full confidence in the authenticity of the documentation provided.
The administration of the igaming.casa service reserves the right to monitor User data on an ongoing basis, especially in cases where their identification information has changed or their activity seems suspicious (unusual for that specific User). Furthermore, the administration reserves the right to request valid documents from Users, even if they have previously passed authenticity verification.
Conducting ongoing monitoring of the operations carried out through the Service. We carry out constant control over all requests created on the igaming.casa website. The administration informs Users of the prohibition of conducting exchange operations by third parties using their accounts.
Appointment of a designated person (MLRO - Money Laundering Reporting Officer) who exercises supervisory powers to enforce the provisions of this Policy.
Application of a risk-based approach (RBA). We implement different levels of verification depending on the volume and quantity of transactions conducted by the User.
Improving the professional skills and knowledge of the team members of igaming.casa regarding compliance with Policy requirements.
Interaction with state authorities in cases established by law. In the event of an official request from law enforcement or judicial authorities, we will be obliged to provide them with the requested information. The service administration also has the right to provide data requested by official representatives of payment systems.
Enhancing the security of the software of the igaming.casa service. We care about the reliability and safety of your transactions. Therefore, we constantly improve our IT department, whose main task is to protect the site from unauthorized access by malicious actors.
The administration of the igaming.casa service, in cases prescribed by law, may require regulatory compliance for verifying the source of fiat currency and/or cryptocurrency to ensure that the sources of funds that the Client uses for exchange are legitimate. As a document confirming the source of funds, there can be a bank statement for fiat money or a video demonstrating the details of the wallet transaction for cryptocurrency.
In accordance with this Policy, the administration of the service will:
β€” monitor all transactions. The administration reserves the right to ensure the transmission of reports regarding suspicious transactions to the appropriate law enforcement agencies through the designated officer;
β€” request any additional information and documents from the User in case they conduct suspicious transactions, including at the request of the regulator (The regulator may be an exchange, government agency, or other organization with appropriate legal grounds.);
β€” suspend or terminate the User account if reasonable suspicion arises that such a User is involved in illegal activity.
The above list is not exhaustive, and the designated officer will monitor Users’ transactions daily to determine whether to report such transactions and classify them as suspicious or as bona fide transactions.
Country of Residence. This Policy establishes our risk criteria concerning AML/CTF. To mitigate this risk, the administration of the igaming.casa service does not accept clients residing in the following countries with a high-risk criterion:
Sources used for categorization:

- Transparency International;
- Know Your Country;
- The FATF list of high-risk jurisdictions;
- The EU list of high-risk jurisdictions;
- Countries where digital assets are banned or where there are trade restrictions;
- Countries where digital assets are not banned;
- Countries subject to UN Security Council sanctions.
All clients residing in the countries listed below are prohibited from being serviced on the igaming.casa service and cannot be accepted as Users.
Any clients from these countries will be denied servicing, and any funds will be returned to the source.
